Our Locations

We are located in Tuoro, a village once inhabited by peasant families with numerous descendants. It was common over time to add new living spaces (rooms, terraces, etc.) around the central core of the house, consisting of the oven to produce bread, the press for grapes and the mill for olives. Wheat, grapes and oil were the main land products of the time.

Roccamonfina, the now dormant volcano provided the necessary material for building houses. The resulting banks of tuff thus became natural foundations for the respective house construction plans. Everything was built close together, which is one of the main reasons for the honeycomb aspect of the village today.
